- D. The Comment was posted on or before Tuesday, 3 December 2024, at 12:00 am.
- Each Qualifying Comment is a Valid Entry.
- The Author of each Qualifying Comment is an “Entrant,” if Eligible.
Eligibility
- Entrants must be of legal age; 18-years-old or older.
- Entrants confirm they agree and understand that YouTube is not a sponsor of this contest, nor is YouTube involved in or liable/responsible in any way for the content, decisions, existence, operation or outcome of this Giveaway. Entrants release YouTube from any liability of any kind related to the contest.
- Entrants must agree to, and do nothing that violates, YouTube’s Community Guidelines.
Prizes
The total “Estimated Revenue” for the OptionMonkey YouTube channel for the month of November 2024 and as reported by YouTube is the sole Prize in this giveaway.
The value or amount of this Prize is unknown to anyone, including the Giveaway Host, because it hinges on past and future events yet to happen.
By “Estimated Revenue” in this document is meant only and exclusively the Estimated Revenue, as reported by YouTube, for the OptionMonkey YouTube Channel—i.e., Scratch Off Ticket Winnings are entirely excluded.
Clues:
- The OptionMonkey YouTube Channel is monetized only through “Watch Page ads” and “Shorts Feed ads,” and not “Supers” or “Gifts”

Sequence of Giveaway — How Winning Entrants are Discovered
Giveaway is conducted as follows:
- Viewers Guess and Comment a Dollar Value ($$.$$) • Eligible Entrants are invited to place a guess of the November 2024 Estimated Revenue for the OptionMonkey YouTube channel: One comment (guess) per YouTube channel/account.
- Estimated Revenue is Reported • YouTube.com will display “Estimated Revenue” for the month of November, sometime on or around 2 December. [YouTube is in no way involved in or liable for this giveaway, which Entrants expressly acknowledge.] The exact dollar value of this “Estimated Revenue” for November 2024 is both the “winning answer,” and the prize in this giveaway.
- Winnings Awarded Against Weighted Prize Structure • The dollar value of “OptionMonkey’s” Estimated Revenue for November 2024 is awarded to whomever qualifies per the following “Right to Earnings Summary:”
Right to Earnings Summary:
Anyone with a YouTube account is invited to guess (Comment) the total dollar value amount of “Estimated Revenue” they think the OptionMonkey YouTube channel will earn in November 2024.
At least 1 winner is guaranteed and more than 1 winner is possible.
Winners will be determined based on a weighted nearest-guess estimate that favors the Channel’s most active known supporters, which we refer to as “OGs.”
The Winning Answer, aka, Estimated Revenue, is currently unknown to anyone, including Giveaway Host, because it hinges on (both past and) future events yet to happen.
- 1st Right to Earnings: Anyone guessing the exact dollar and cent value of November’s Estimated Revenue ($$.$$) wins 100 percent of November’s Estimated Revenue. If more than 1 person qualifies for 1st Rights (i.e. guesses an exactly-accurate Estimated Revenue amount), they will also be awarded 100 percent of same; limited to 2 winners, selected by drawing if needed.
- 2nd Right to Earnings: Channel OGs who guess within $3.00 of November’s actual Estimated Revenue will earn 100 percent of November’s Estimated Revenue. If more than 1 person qualifies for 2nd Rights, Estimated Revenue will be split evenly among them.
- 3rd Right to Earnings: If no Entrant qualifies for 1st or 2nd Right to Earnings, November’s Estimated Revenue goes to author (Entrant) of the Comment with the closest guess.
Note that the above prize structure favors “Channel OGs” by an unknown margin.
Channel “OGs” Defined
Giveaway host alone determines Channel OGs, which we use to refer to those viewers who we believe to be the channel’s biggest supporters.

Privacy Policy: Use of Your Data
OptionMonkey will receive no special or personally-identifying data from Entrants or Comment authors. Most Entrants don’t need to share any data with OptionMonkey and will not be asked to. Winners will be asked for a payment method in order to receive their prize. We’ll delete this information after using it to send Winnings, though history on these 3rd Party payment platforms/apps may use Winner’s data in accordance with their Privacy Policies. In short, we respect your privacy, only have data that was already shared publicly online (on YouTube.com), and will only ask for as little data as is needed to send Winners their prizes.
Liability
Giveaway is conducted in good faith and at no cost or threat of potential liability to anyone but Content Creator. Entrants understand and agree that Option Monkey bears no legal obligations or liability of any kind to any person involved. Parts of the giveaway are a “gamble” or “game of odds, chance, or luck,” thus chance, luck, or fate/faith determines in part which if any Qualified Comments will earn Entrants a prize or a chance at a prize. OptionMonkey intends to award winners using CashApp [which app is not aware of, involved in, or a sponsor of this giveaway]; OptionMonkey’s fulfillment of Prizes will thus be considered complete when funds have been Sent, whether they are received or not, simply because 3rd party payment platforms are entirely out of its control.
Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the Giveaway. The OptionMonkey YouTube channel will make reasonable effort to contact and inform Winners, but reaching Winners isn’t guaranteed nor is it the responsibility of OptionMonkey.
